Australia urged Russia to cooperate in MH17

The Minister for foreign Affairs of Australia Julie Bishop said that those responsible for the crash of flight MH17 in the Donbas can be tried in absentia, Reuters reports.

“Can it be that the case will be considered in absentia”, she said.

Bishop urged Russia to comply with each paragraph of the resolution 2166 of the UN Security Council, the author of which is Australia.

“It provides for the cooperation of all States to prosecute perpetrators of the Holocaust”, – said the head of the foreign Ministry.
