Putin has appointed a new Ambassador to Algeria

The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has signed a decree appointing Igor Belyaev to the post of extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia in Algeria. The decree published on the official portal of legal information.

“To appoint Belyaev Igor Avdeyev, Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in the people’s Democratic Republic”, — the document says.

By another decree Putin dismissed Alexander Zolotov from the post of Ambassador to Algeria.
