State Duma Deputy from the faction “United Russia” Vitaly Milonov said on the necessity of introducing in our country a total ban on advertising of breast implants. This was reported by “Russian planet”.
Milonov believes that plastic surgery goes beyond traditional medicine, becoming “a business with questionable ethics”. According to him, is breast implants threatens the security of young girls who are going for such an operation and risk their health.
Milonow stressed that advocate plastic surgery of the breast “is simply immoral”. The MP added that it is necessary to follow the course of improvement of the society, taken by the state.
