Former Polish President Lech Walesa was admitted to the hospital of gdaƄsk. He said this on Saturday, July 8, on his page in Facebook.

The Nobel laureate has posted a selfie in a hospital bed surrounded by doctors. He is on treatment in the Department of cardiovascular diseases.

It is unknown how long 73-year-old politician will spend under supervision of doctors. Son Jaroslaw Walesa said that his dad feels “sorry weak”, reports TASS.

A few years ago Walesa was the pacemaker. It was reported that the former President of Poland suffers from ischemic heart disease, left ventricular failure, diabetes mellitus 2nd type and visual disturbances due to lesions of the vessels.

May 15 against Walesa was under investigation on suspicion of publication of secret documents. We are talking about the document from the office of state security from 1990, marked “secret”. The former Polish leader of all charges in his address denies. Under Polish law, the disclosure of secret documents could face three to five years of imprisonment.
