At the beginning of each plenary session the state Duma will announce the number of deputies absent from the hall for good reasons. This was stated by the speaker of the lower house of Parliament, Vyacheslav Volodin, reports on Friday, July 7, TASS.
To calculate MPs who for one reason or another miss planarch, will be Chairman of the rules Committee of the lower house of the parliaments of Olga Savastyanova.
The names of absent MPs to operate will not. Volodin explained that the calculation needed in order to understand the “big picture.”

July 6, Olga Savastianova urged the Duma faction to follow the deputies to prevent truancy meetings. According to her, planerki not visited by an average of 25 parliamentarians. Sometimes they are held without the participation of about 50 deputies.
At the end of last year, the state Duma of the seventh convocation has amended the regulations, according to which deputies-shirkers lose the sixth part of the salary (approximately 60 thousand) for each pass. A valid reason for the absence of the parliamentarian at a meeting is considered vacation, illness or business trip.
