Milonov said that now plastic surgery has moved beyond medicine and became a business on people’s desire “to meet certain speculative canons of beauty.” In his opinion, these benchmarks are located beyond security and threaten the health of the striving women. “They were never told that their new Breasts, they can pay with their lives”, — said Milonov.
Implants he likened to mutilation. “To advertise such services is immoral and it is not in the course of our country for the improvement of the nation”, — concluded the Deputy.
The Deputy from “Fair Russia” Fedot Tumusov commented on the idea of Milonov, noting that “United Russia” decided to control the appearance and beauty of Russian women. From the advertising ban, said Tumusov, close to ban the operations themselves.
