The prohibition to leave children under seven years of age alone in the car submitted by the government of Russia in the rules of the road (SDA). The decree, signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on 28 June, published on the website of the Cabinet.
According to the document, minors, older children also should not be asked to watch your baby in the car.
