Moscow. The 4th of July. INTERFAX.RU — Rescuers found the body of the seventh drowned Sunday at a lake in Chesmensky district of Chelyabinsk region, has informed on Tuesday to Agency “Interfax” the press service of the regional EMERCOM.
“The body was found and removed at 9:15 local time”, — said the Agency interlocutor.
He added that a search operation is completed.
As reported with reference to the SU TFR, 2 July evening at the lake in Chesmensky district of Chelyabinsk region, a man with his children and the children of relatives (nine people) floated on the lake in an aluminum boat that overturned. Two men swam from shore to the rescue and drowned. Managed to escape four people: two adults 1981 and 1979 of a birth and children 2001 and 2004 years of birth.
July 3, rescuers recovered the bodies of six dead, search the latest victims of the tragedy continued.
Killed three men, ten-year-old girl and two boys, of eight and 15 years.
According to the press service of EMERCOM, victims in the overturned boat on the lake had violated all safety rules on the water: used unregistered boat on the pond, not equipped for swimming and use of watercraft. In addition, not wearing life jackets exceeded the capacity of the boats.
A law enforcement source said the Agency “Interfax” that the adults were drunk, because on that day they celebrated the graduation of the daughter of one of the victims.
A criminal case under part 3 of article 109 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (causing death on imprudence to two and more persons).
The authorities of the Chelyabinsk region will provide material assistance to both families whose relatives died in the boat that capsized on the lake.
