The Central election Commission and the party “United Russia” agreed to work together to devise a framework law on the procedure of preliminary inner-party vote, said Secretary of the General Council EP Sergei Neverov.

On Friday, the CEC Chairman, Ella Pamfilova met Neverov and other representatives of the EP, to discuss the preparations for the forthcoming single voting day-the presidential election 2017 and 2018.

“I think that any political party that will take the decision about the procedure of preliminary voting will always find support in the Central election Commission”, — said Neverov to journalists after the meeting.

“And we agreed to think together, to work out some kind of framework law on procedures for provisional voting that is understandable and accessible, including the use of technical means, which now has a Central election Commission: booths and ballot boxes, and other opportunities,” he added.
