MOSCOW, December 30. /TASS/. Russia declared persona non grata 35 American diplomats – 31 employee of the Embassy in Moscow and four from the Consulate General in St. Petersburg. This was stated by Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov.
