This is a serious reform military-a building complex. The Spetsstroy of Russia is abolished,” announced Shoigu.

According to him, the Agency will replace 8 Federal state unitary enterprises, which will take on responsibility for the construction of special facilities of the Ministry. This is to avoid the emergence of intermediaries in the implementation of contracts for construction.

Earlier it was proposed to abolish the Spetsstroy because of the large number of complaints about the turnaround time and quality.

The Agency was engaged in the construction of the barracks in Omsk, but in 2015, she collapsed. Killing 24 people.

Also Spetsstroy was responsible for the construction of the cosmodrome East, the deadlines for which are repeatedly frustrated.
