According to the commander of the airborne forces in the future will continue to equip our troops with modern appliances. “Next year, two battalion sets will go into service of the 31st guards separate air assault brigade, which is stationed in the city of Ulyanovsk”, – he said.
The main armament BMD-4M includes 100-mm gun with ammunition and 34 high-explosive shells and four missiles “Arkan”, which serves as a launcher and anti-tank guided missile (ATGM), and 30-mm automatic gun with ammunition, 500 rounds for different purposes and a 7.62 mm machine gun.
