Two high-speed patrol boat “Raptor” (project 03160) for the Russian Navy was launched at a shipyard “Pella” in Saint-Petersburg, has informed journalists the representative of Department of information and mass communications of the Russian defense Ministry for the Navy captain 1st rank Igor Dygalo.
