HAVANA, 9 Dec. /TASS/. Russia will provide Cuba with methodological assistance for the building work on the modernization of the armed forces, said Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, explaining the essence of the signed program of technological cooperation in the field of defence until 2020.
