Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a government decree eustochius requirements for public procurement. Relevant document published on the government website.

The cost of official cars for heads of Federal bodies and their deputies must not exceed 2,5 million roubles, for heads of Federal agencies and services, as well as their deputies, – 2 million roubles, for heads of departments and their deputies – not more than 1.5 million rubles. The advisers to the heads of Federal agencies and heads of territorial bodies of official cars are not put. While taxi services and rental services of passenger cars with driver can be carried out on machines of class comfort and business.
Leather chairs now only put the heads and their deputies in Federal government, Federal agencies and services and their structural divisions.
