MOSCOW, 31 Aug — RIA Novosti. Russia entered the top three countries with the strongest army in the world, taking second place in the published site Global Firepower ranking.
According to the rating, first place was taken by the US army, the third army of China. The top ten strongest armies in the countries according to the Global Firepower also includes India, France, UK, Japan, Turkey, Germany, Egypt. The ranking took into account the army of 133 countries.

It is noted that the rating was compiled based on not only the number of weapons that are actually in the sun, but also from its diversity.
The rating was also influenced by the geographical position, the transport system, extraction of natural resources, local industries and military strength.
The Arsenal of nuclear weapons was not included in the rankings. It also reported that “NATO allies receive a small bonus because of the theoretical division of resources.”
