RIGA, 31 August. /TASS/. Latvia should not exaggerate the potential threat from upcoming in September the Russian-Belarusian military exercises “West-2017”. Such opinion on Thursday expressed new Ambassador of the Baltic Republic in Moscow, Maris Riekstins.
