In the hospital of Yaroslavl died beaten by the driver of “Gazelle” the man who voted on the road, according to the website of the regional Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia on Tuesday, August 29.
Criminal case about causing of heavy harm to health, entailed on imprudence death of the victim (part 4 of article 111 of the criminal code). 27-year-old suspect, resident of Rybinsk was released on his own recognizance.
The incident occurred on Saturday August 26. 33-the summer inhabitant of Yaroslavl was drunk and tried to flag down a car on the street Dobrynin. Refusal of a passing of the driver of “Gazelle” to give him a ride, the man showed an obscene gesture. After that the driver stopped the car, approached the victim and struck him two blows in the face, causing him to fall and hit his head on the asphalt.
From the received damages the man died on the same day in the hospital.
On the night of 13 August in the capital’s Gorky Park 25-year-old blogger Stas Dumkina beat several young men, among whom, presumably, were the Roots Makarov — the son of the actor from the TV series “Interns”. From the received traumas Dunkin died in hospital. The reason for the attack, as expected, had a hat and glasses that the victim was not a “concept” or its rejection of the joint drinking.
