MOSCOW, August 29. /TASS/. International exercise “Zapad-2017” are purely defensive in nature, said Deputy defense Minister Alexander Fomin.
“Let me emphasize that the doctrine “the West-2017″ in addition to counter-terrorism is purely defensive in nature,” – said Fomin.
