MOSCOW, August 28. /TASS/. The experts of the Foundation for civil society development (Fcsd) believe that some competitive potential is, the election of the head of Karelia and the Governor of the Kirov region, in the remaining 14 regions gubernatorial elections will be held September 10 at the referendum scenario. These findings are contained in the report “Elections of heads of regions in 2017: scenarios, campaigns and forecasts”, which will be published on Monday and seen by TASS.
