The speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko believes that Russia should not be promoted round of sanctions in response to the U.S. decision to suspend the issuance of visas.
United States Wednesday suspended the procedure for issuing non-immigrant visas across all Russia, from September 1 this procedure resumes, but only at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow. It is quite wild and just looks provocative,” — said the speaker of the upper house.
