TOKYO, August 23. /TASS/. USA in the situation with the suspension of the issuance of nonimmigrant visas to Russian citizens sacrificed their main value – freedom. This was stated in the published on Wednesday an interview with Japanese TV channel NHK, Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.
