ISIS published a video of militants who attacked passers-by in Surgut
MOSCOW, 22 Aug — RIA Novosti. Controlled by the “Islamic state”* Furat Media posted a video message attacked passers-by in Surgut men, according to the organization SITE Intelligence Group.
The video is a man by the name of Masoud al-Surgut on the background of the symbols of the “Islamic state”* swears allegiance to the leader of the group and encourages Muslims to organize attacks against the “infidels”.
Earlier, August 19, in Surgut, the man attacked passers-by.
19-year-old Artur Gadzhiev managed to injure seven people before being shot by police. Police have ruled out the attack as a basic attack.
