NEW YORK, August 22. /TASS/. The government of Ukraine in principle can not be involved in the transfer of missile technology to the DPRK. This was stated by Ukrainian foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin in brief comments published in the newspaper The New York Times (NYT).

His point of view he expressed, “as the Minister of foreign Affairs and experienced professional in aeropsace” (in 1991 graduated from the Moscow Institute of physics and technology, faculty of aerophysics and space research). “I want to say that my country could not be involved in providing North Korea assistance to missile program,” wrote Klimkin.

“Production line of this type of missiles in Ukraine were decommissioned in 1992. The examination cannot be conducted in the mind of scientists-crooks. Instructions are included in the guide, locked up in secret facilities, which are guarded by our security forces. Criminals are physically unable to access this guide, moreover, such attempts can not be made imperceptible to our leadership,” — said the Minister.
