President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the appointment of Nikolay Kudashev, Russian Ambassador to India. The corresponding decree published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
Prior to that, Heidi Robinson held the position of Deputy Director General Secretariat of the Ministry of foreign Affairs.
The previous Ambassador to India Alexander Kadakin has held the position since 2009, and died 26 Jan 2017.
