This opinion was expressed by the Plenipotentiary representative of Russian President in far Eastern Federal district (FEFD) Yuri Trutnev during the meeting in Vladivostok on Wednesday, August 16, RIA Novosti reported.
According to him, due to the heavy rains that hit the Primorsky Krai in the beginning of last week, was flooded 35 communities in seven municipalities of the region have suffered more than 2,5 thousand houses, washed away roads and railroad tracks.

“During the floods killed people is a tragedy. So, bad warned. The people in Ussuriysk communicated, said hastily children in the attic cast, then, for some reason didn’t get the signals. And need to get,” said the envoy.
