NEW YORK, August 16. /Offset. TASS Alexey Kachalin/. Protection of Russian pilot Konstantin Yaroshenko, sentenced to 20 years in prison, will welcome the attempt of the Commissioner for human rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova to secure the release of Russian pilot by recourse to the UN Security Council. For this treatment there are precedents, reported TASS the lawyer of the Russian citizen Alexei Tarasov.
Protection welcomed
“The Commissioner for human rights expressed his desire to appeal in the case of Yaroshenko in the United Nations. We welcome this step,” – said Tarasov.
