MOSCOW, 4 Aug — RIA Novosti. The Central election Commission of the Russian Federation, proceeding from formal requirements of the law, confirmed the decision of the electoral Commission of the Republic of Buryatia, refused registration on elections of the President candidate from the Communist party Vyacheslav Marhaeva, however, the materials on the possible use of administrative resource in the region plan to send to the Prosecutor General.

The grounds for refusal of the Communist was the insufficient number of valid signatures municipal deputies, indicated in decree of the CEC of Russia adopted at the meeting on Friday.

In the elections of the head of Buryatia candidates were collected 216 signatures not less than 18 districts and urban districts, which was supposed to be 30 signatures of deputies of representative bodies of municipal areas and city districts. Markhayev presented 226 signatures, including 32 signatures of deputies of representative bodies of municipal areas and city districts. The electoral Commission of the Republic of Buryatia recognized two signatures unauthentic and three was not read, because previously, these deputies put their signatures for another candidate, acting head of the Republic Alexei Tzudenova.

The Central election Commission recognized the right conclusion of the election Commission in Buryatia Republic that the number of valid signatures in support of Marhaeva is 221, including 29 signatures of deputies of representative bodies of municipal areas and city districts, and the total number of districts and urban districts was 15, which is insufficient for registration.

In this regard, the CEC adopted a decision to leave without change the decision of the electoral Commission of the Republic of Buryatia Marchaevo refusal to register a candidate for the position of head of the Republic, and its complaint — without satisfaction.

The head of the CEC of Russia Ella Pamfilova at the meeting asked the candidate from the Communist party, he gave the materials about possible violations to the attorney General. She noted that he finds convincing arguments on possible violations submitted to them on Friday by the working group.

“Vyacheslav Mikhailovich, please tell me: all the facts that you have gathered — very convincing, in my opinion, on the possible use of administrative resources, possible abuse you gave to the Prosecutor General? This is something that is beyond the purview of our Commission,” — said the CEC Chairman.

Markhayev in response said that such recourse to law enforcement was not. “I think that we will take into account your decision,” he added.

The CEC advised him to appeal, which would set out all information about possible violations, promising to forward the materials to the Prosecutor.

“To file a complaint with our accompanying letter, on behalf of the CEC, the Prosecutor General, to very detailed and thoroughly understand all the processes that have led to this ending, when really, we have to make the right solution, because we have no right to break the law, but completely mocking the content,” — said Pamfilova.
