Russia and the United States are not held hostage to bilateral relations going through hard times, and to work together on issues of global importance, as was shown by the unanimous adoption of UN Security Council resolution on North Korea. This was stated on Saturday, Russia’s permanent representative at the world organization Vassily Nebenzia at the end of voting in the security Council.
