According to the diplomat, he had instructions “from Moscow” not to raise the subject of sanctions and with none of the American officials not to discuss.

Flynn was appointed national security adviser immediately after the inauguration of US President Donald trump on 20 January 2017, but for 13 February, he resigned after a scandal involving the Russian Ambassador.
