MOSCOW, August 3. /TASS/. Representatives of the defense Ministry of the Russian Federation and the moderate Syrian opposition reached an agreement on the functioning of the third zone of de-escalation, located to the North of the city of HOMS. This was reported by the official representative of the Ministry of defense of Russia major-General Igor Konashenkov.
