The President of the United States Donald trump signed previously approved by Congress a law providing for the tightening of the unilateral American sanctions against Russia, Iran and North Korea.
The head of state called this document is flawed, and a number of the included articles were unconstitutional.

“Trump gave up”
Trump, signed the law on sanctions against Russia, gave up, and now Russia’s cooperation with the United States in the years ahead will be selective.
This opinion was expressed Wednesday on his page in Facebook, the Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Konstantin Kosachev.
“The news mainly in the fact that trump has given up. Of the three options – to go for confrontation with the Congress (veto the law), to refuse to sign it (I disagree, but can’t do anything) and sign the President has chosen a third,” wrote Kosachev, stressing that the responsibility for the consequences of that decision now rests not only on the authors of the law, but also on the trump.
