MOSCOW, 6 Jul — RIA Novosti. The Moscow city court on Monday upheld the refusal to arrest the apartment General of the Federal security service (FSS) Gennady Lopyreva, who is accused of receiving bribes in especially large size, reports the correspondent of RIA Novosti news from the courtroom.
