Kiev will introduce electronic registration for entering Ukraine of the Russians
KYIV, 10 Jul — RIA Novosti. Ukraine will introduce a system of preliminary electronic registration for entering the country citizens of Russia, said Secretary of national security Council and defense Oleksandr Turchynov.
“That is a Russian citizen that has a desire to arrive to Ukraine in advance will have to register and provide the foreign Ministry of Ukraine the required information about yourself, which will determine the foreign Ministry,” — said Turchinov at a briefing following the meeting of the NSDC.
Earlier, President Poroshenko said that all travellers to Ukraine foreigners will be held biometric control, in particular they will have to remove fingerprints and make a digital photograph. According to Turchynov, these measures will primarily affect the citizens of Russia.
Infrastructure for biometric control should start functioning no later than the beginning of next year, said Secretary of the NSDC.
