Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting with his American counterpart Donald trump drew attention to the injustice of sanctions in international trade. This was announced by the Minister of economic development of Russia Maxim Oreshkin. His words reports Russia Today with reference to TASS.
“When the President of the Russian Federation, it is a little bit, so I say, “returned” President Trump said that President trump says about justice in international trade, but what kind of justice you can say in a situation when there are financial constraints, there are trade restrictions,” — said Oreshkin.
Putin said earlier that the restrictive measures in the economy is the hidden manifestations of protectionism. According to the plan, the meeting was supposed to start at 16:45 Moscow time, but began with a slight delay. The reasons for the delay of the talks was not reported. This is the first official meeting of Putin and trump. Before that, the two heads of state three times and talked on the phone. In the negotiations also involved the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia and the USA Sergey Lavrov and Rex Tillerson. The parties will discuss the situation in Ukraine and Syria, as well as issues of bilateral relations. The G20 summit takes place July 7-8.
