Chapter Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov announced the resignation of several Ministers, the dismissal of the heads of several municipalities, as well as changes in the leadership of “Chernomorneftegaz”. Member of the Federation Council from Crimea Olga Cowicide in an interview with NSN explained the purpose of these personnel changes.
“The task of the President in the implementation of staffing changes to provide the optimum balance of processes of updating and preservation of the collective, which today effectively implements the personnel policy in accordance with the requirements faced by the Republic”, – said Cowicide.
According to the Senator, Crimea obliged to turn from a subsidized region into a donor region.
“This is a very ambitious task. This requires effective human resources policy. In this case, Feldman proceed from this”, – concluded the Senator.
