UN 18 Dec. /Offset. TASS Oleg Zelenin/. Russia has submitted to the UN Security Council a draft resolution concerning the evacuation of civilians from Aleppo, alternatively, document proposed by France. This was reported by TASS informed source in the headquarters of the world organization.
“Russia circulated a draft resolution in opposition to the French. Now it is discussed”, – said the Agency interlocutor.
