MOSCOW, December 14. /TASS/. The state Duma adopted in the second (mostly) and once in the third (final) reading of a government bill that would allow the conscripts and citizens in reserve, to conclude short-term contracts on military service during emergencies or to participate in peacekeeping and anti-terrorist operations abroad.
To the primary reading of the deputies said that the persons entering into these contracts, do not have to undergo a probationary period of three months prescribed by the General regulations for admission to military service under the contract.
Quickly to form a unit
“The bill proposes to provide servicemen undergoing military service by conscription, and citizens staying in a stock and wishing to enter military service under the contract, the right to conclude the contract on passage of military service… to participate in the solution of problems in period of emergency or in activities to maintain or restore peace and security or to suppress international terrorist activities outside the territory of Russia, and also in the campaigns of the ships,” – said in the accompanying materials to the bill.
