In the night of Saturday, February 25, the Ukrainian fighters of radical nationalist divisions seized the Donetsk filter station (DFS). From the occupied territory, as stated in Donetsk, they are firing on positions of the militia of the self-proclaimed Donetsk people’s Republic, as well as the residential areas Yasinovataya and the village of Spartak.
Due to the shelling station stopped working. Company “Water of Donbass” announced the evacuation of personnel.
DFS partially supplies water to Avdeevka, Krasnogorovka and the village Verkhnetoretskoye, which are under the control of the Ukrainian military. In addition, the station provides water Donetsk, Yasinovataya, settlements Vasilevka and Spartacus under the control of the DNI.
