Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov commented on the statement of TV host of Fox News channel bill O’reilly that he apologize to Vladimir Putin until 2023. His words on Tuesday, February 7th, the correspondent “Tapes.ru”.
“With this gentleman we have a different understanding of etiquette and rules of politeness. This is the first. But we are very kind and very patient. Put a note in the calendar for the 23rd year and will return to him with this question”, — said Peskov.
A Kremlin spokesman also said that Moscow does not think the incident. “Rather, it is very unfortunate for the company Fox, at least in our eyes,” — said Peskov. In his view, insults that are voiced by a reporter or other media and subsequently neglects to mention from the main office, with bad sides characterize these media.
Peskov also said that the Kremlin equally apply to all editions. “We are guided strictly by the provisions of the law on media, which operates in our country. Earlier, the TV host of Fox News channel bill O’reilly, who called President Putin a “murderer”, suggested to wait for their apology until approximately 2023.
In an interview, which was released on 4 February, O’reilly reminded the President of the United States Donald Trump about accusations that the West had advanced against Moscow and Putin. “What do you think our country is so innocent?” — said the American leader.
Press Secretary of Russian leader Dmitry Peskov called saying O’reilly is offensive and stated that they would prefer to hear his apology. However, he did not comment on the response of the tramp.
