The court dismissed the case of an accident with the victims against the mayor of Rybinsk after reconciliation of the parties Denis Dobryakov, who was accused of committing an accident with two victims. On Tuesday, November 30, “Lente.ru” was informed in the press service of the court.
The case was closed due to the reconciliation of the parties on the basis of the victim's statement. Dobryakov was charged with Article 264 (“Violation of traffic rules, resulting in the infliction of grievous harm to human health” by negligence) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The mayor of Rybinsk paid him monetary compensation, specifies REGNUM.
On September 9, the mayor of Rybinsk, driving a Lexus GX460, collided with a VAZ-2110 driver in the Myshkinsky district of the Yaroslavl region near the village of Okhotino. As a result of the accident, he received bruises, and the driver and passenger of another car were hospitalized with injuries in the hospital. The accident occurred due to the fact that the official drove into the oncoming lane.
After the accident, Dobryakov immediately called an ambulance for the victims, and also underwent a medical examination after the arrival of the traffic police at the scene.
