Earlier, the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Russia Maria Zakharova said that Kiev was sabotaging its obligations under the Minsk agreements and was calling for a forceful scenario for resolving the conflict in Donbass. According to her, this approach of the Ukrainian leadership leads to the disruption of any negotiations in this direction.
