Eyewitnesses report that an activist Barabanova burst into Rospotrebnadzor in Volgograd 
in Volgograd and stopped the work of its employees. Details of the incident are given by V1.RU.
According to witnesses, local activist Oksana Barabanova, a social worker from the Traktorozavodsky district, who was suspended from work, could have organized the attack.
According to some reports, on Friday, November 19, Barabanova, in the company of several people, came to the Volgograd Rospotrebnadzor – the group entered the building and filmed what was happening on video, but soon after their arrival, the employees pressed the alarm button. At the time of the arrival of representatives of law enforcement agencies, there were no more visitors.
The activist herself, during a telephone conversation with V1.RU, confirmed that she was in the department of Rospotrebnadzor, but refused to disclose the purpose of her visit. The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Volgograd Region has not yet commented on the incident.
It is known that earlier Barabanova had already broken through to the head of the department Olga Zubareva in order to challenge the decision of the chief sanitary doctor of the region, according to which certain groups of citizens are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 under threat of dismissal. The head of the supervisory authority called the police and the Russian Guard.
At the same time, a source in the emergency services said that one of the women accompanying Barabanova was arrested for four days – a protocol was drawn up against her under Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (“Disobedience to lawful the order of a police officer “), since she did not submit documents after refusing to comply with sanitary requirements and a mask regime.
The fact that a group of unknown persons broke into the building of Rospotrebnadzor in Volgograd became known on November 19. Because of the incident, the work of the department was almost completely stopped. Rosgvardia employees are looking for violators. Zubareva refused to talk to journalists, but one of the workers “unofficially confirmed the visit of undetermined citizens.”
