The Investigative Committee refused to initiate a case against the Petersburg woman who drove autistic children from the playground 
The investigation refused to open a criminal case against a resident of St. Petersburg, who drove children with autism from the playground. This was reported by one of the heads of the center for inclusive projects “What's the Difference” Valeria Kataeva, her words are reported by “Interfax”.
She clarified that the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia refused to initiate a criminal case due to lack of composition crime.
In turn, the head of the local branch of the All-Russian Organization of Parents of Disabled Children (VORDI) Natalya Denisova said that the organization intends to send a complaint against the decision of the Investigative Committee to the head of the department, Alexander Bastrykin.
She noted that the organization considers the refusal to be unreasonable, since the fact of humiliation of human dignity is clearly visible in the actions of the Russian woman.
In July 2021, a resident of St. Petersburg saw children with disabilities on the playground in the Krasnoselsky district and went to kick them out … She noted that her daughter was frightened when she saw a child with a disability and demanded that adults take their wards away.
Employees of the organization “Center for Helping Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders”, whose pupils were children kicked out of the playground , turned to the police with a statement about insulting minors and violating the law “On social protection of disabled people.”
