In turn, the head of the local branch of the All-Russian Organization of Parents of Disabled Children (VORDI) Natalya Denisova said that the organization intends to send a complaint against the decision of the Investigative Committee to the head of the department, Alexander Bastrykin.

She noted that the organization considers the refusal to be unreasonable, since the fact of humiliation of human dignity is clearly visible in the actions of the Russian woman.
