A Russian daughter who has raped since the age of 11 will be brought to justice district, accused of numerous rapes of his own daughter. This is reported by the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).
According to the investigation, the accused raped his victim from the age of 11 for nine years. The investigation established 39 criminal episodes. The Russian remained unpunished for a long time, because his victim was afraid to talk about what was happening – her father beat her and threatened to kill her mother and sister if she let her talk.
However, in November 2020, at the age of 20, the victim nevertheless reported mother about her father's crimes, the woman immediately turned to the TFR and wrote a statement. Investigators have collected enough evidence of the man's involvement in the described crimes. Currently, the criminal case has been sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
On September 28, it was reported that the Supreme Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan reduced the sentence to a local resident who had raped his daughter for years, reducing his sentence from five to four years and 10 months.
