Russia responded to NATO threats to deploy nuclear forces in Eastern Europe

Russian Foreign Ministry responded to NATO threats to deploy US nuclear missiles in Eastern Europe America in Eastern Europe. The department considers this a gross disregard of the Founding Act on Mutual Relations, Cooperation and Security between Russia and NATO. RIA Novosti reports Moscow's reaction.

Earlier, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg announced the possibility of the alliance stationing American nuclear weapons in Eastern Europe if Germany refuses to accept them on its territory. Stoltenberg expressed the relevant considerations at the NATO Talk 2021 conference in Berlin.
