Figure skater Adelia Petrosyan was the first in the history of women's skating to jump a quadruple rittberger program at the Russian Cup in Perm. The broadcast is available on the website of Channel One.

Petrosyan became the first in the history of women's skating who managed to perform a quadruple rittberger at a competition. For the rental, the 14-year-old athlete received 147.15 points and took second place in the tournament, gaining a total of 213.26 points. Sofia Muravyova became the winner with 216.64 points. Petrosyan trains under the guidance of Eteri Tutberidze. Last season, she became the winner of the Russian Cup among juniors.

Russian Alexandra Trusova became the first in the history of women's single skating to perform the quadruple salchow, sheepskin coat and lutz in the official competition. She also trains under the guidance of Tutberidze.
