Roscosmos postponed the launch of the Proton-M rocket from the Baikonur cosmodrome

Head of Roscosmos Rogozin: the launch of the Proton-M rocket has been postponed until December 12 for revision

According to him, this is due to the need to modify the upper stage.

The previous launch of Proton-M took place in July. He became 11th in a row. From the Baikonur cosmodrome, the launch vehicle launched a 20-ton multifunctional laboratory module (MLM) “Science” until 2025. In the future, it is planned to replace it with a more environmentally friendly Angara missile. It uses environmentally friendly fuel components – oxygen and kerosene.
