According to the newspaper, the buyer got premises with a total area of about 650 square meters, as well as about 93 square meters of terraces. There are seven penthouses on the floor.
The name of the buyer has not been disclosed – it is only known that he is a billionaire from abroad. He intends to combine the seven acquired apartments into two. Together, they will have eight bedrooms, as well as a home theater, library and fitness room.
Construction of the complex, where the deal is concluded, is scheduled for completion in 2023. It consists of two buildings – one is designed for 69 apartments, the other – for 23. The first floors will house retail and office premises.
