The incident occurred on the evening of November 11. A 47-year-old traffic police inspector with a 20-year-old daughter was in a taxi from a cafe. Suddenly, a shot rang out right in the car. The taxi driver stopped, the passenger got out of the car and disappeared. The girl survived, she was hospitalized with a gunshot wound to the head. Doctors diagnosed the Russian woman with an open craniocerebral injury and a fracture of the temporal bone.
The victim's father was detained. A criminal case was initiated. Investigators are investigating the cause of the policeman's conflict with his daughter.
